Lynda.com Site License for Students, Faculty, and Staff

As a result of our merger with the Corcoran College of Art+Design and an increasing demand for training and support materials in our computer-based courses, GW is now providing university-wide access to Lynda.com.

Lynda.com is the leading provider in on-line video tutorials focused on software, creative, and business skills.  Lynda is a great resource for instructors using various software applications in their classes who cannot spend all of their class time teaching students how to use the applications.  Lynda provides self-paced tutorials for students to complete outside of class time, or to consult in order to learn more advanced capabilities of software packages.

The entire GW community can ask this resource at lynda.it.gwu.edu using their GW NetID and password.

A sampling of tutorials available through Lynda include:

Access to this software is made possible through a partnership between the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, Division of IT, Gelman Library, Academic Technologies, Corcoran School of Art+Design and the GW Law School.
