Office of Technology Services

The Columbian College Office of Technology Services (OTS) is the primary technology services provider for the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences.  OTS implements technology strategy, policies, and operational procedures in support of the College's instructional, research, and administrative functions.  Serving a total user population of 9,000 constituents spread across five campuses, OTS strives to provide fast, reliable, and efficient service. 

OTS administers and maintains the College's heterogenous end-user computing environment comprised of Mac OS, Windows XP, and Windows 7 desktops, and a server-side infrastructure comprised of Mac OS X Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, and Drupal CMS.    In addition to end-user and server-side computing, OTS has designed, implemented, and now maintains specialized A/V systems in nearly two-dozen departmental instructional spaces.

Tech Support

The OTS Help Desk operates Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM and Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.  During these hours, support is available by phone and by email.
